Travel poster produced for Great Western Railway (GWR) to promote rail travel to Somerset. The poster shows a rural scene with a cottage, old stone bridge, a stream, trees and green rolling hills. Artwork by Frank Newbould (1887-1951), who studied at Bradford College of Art and joined the War Office in 1942. He designed posters for the LNER (London & North Eastern Railway), GWR (Great Western Railway), Orient Line and Belgian Railways.
