Wales, Vintage British Railway Travel Poster. Fishing. Conway Castle with Snowdon in the background
Vintage British Railways (Western Region) travel poster. Artwork by Wootton.
The poster shows a scene in Wales. There is a man fishing a river with a distinctive bridge in the background, a castle and mountains. I believe that it shows Conway Castle with Snowdon in the background, North Wales. Someone also suggested that it could be Chepstow Castle of Harlech in Wales. I would love to hear from anyone that can set me right on the location.
This is truly an outstanding quality print. It is printed on excellent quality Fujitsu photographic paper. It is not a cheap flimsy poster.
