Vintage travel poster produced for the Great Western Railway (GWR), promoting rail travel to the county of Cornwall from Paddington Station, London, showing cliffs, the sea and a small fishing village and harbour. Artwork by Frank Newbould (1887-1951), who designed posters for the GWR, LNER, Orient Line and Belgian Railways, and claimed to have started a landscape school in English poster design.

This is truly an outstanding quality poster. It is printed on Fuji crystal archive photographic paper and is by no means a flimsy poster.

Width 70cm, Height 50cm
Width 100cm, Height 70cm
These poster sizes will fit many popular frames that can be purchased in framers and shops such as Ikea.
