This poster was produced around 1935 by Great Western Railway (GWR) to promote rail travel to Cornwall. The artist has painted a view of Polperro harbour looking inland towards the surrounding hills, with fishing boats at anchor, a fisherman mending a lobster pot, a man sat on the sea wall and a woman and child looking on. Artwork by P M Hill.

This is truly an outstanding quality poster. It is printed on Fuji crystal archive photographic paper and is by no means a flimsy poster.
