Travel poster produced for Southern Railway (SR) to promote rail services connecting with Atlantic crossings by the ‘White Star’, ‘the World’s Largest Liner’. The poster shows an illustration of the White Star, seen from below and in perspective to convey the ship’s huge size, and an illustration of an SR train above. Artwork by William McDowell.
