Vintage London & North Eastern Railway (LNER) travel poster produced in 1930 to promote rail travel to the spectacular hotel and golf course at Cruden Bay which is situated on the north east coast of Scotland about 20 miles north of Aberdeen. This ideal golf course has been beautifully captured by artist Austin Cooper, (1890-1964), and shows a fashionably dressed man having just taken his shot. A crowd of spectators eagerly look to their right and Cruden Bay Hotel, although in the background, certainly makes its presence felt.
