British Railways (Western Region) poster produced in 1958 to promote travel to Torquay in Devon. The sunny blue sky, sandy beach and luscious vegetation all set the scene for the ‘Queen of the English Riviera’. Many people can be seen strolling along the beautiful promenade with the strikingly colourful cliffs rising to the left. Artwork by Jack Merriott.

This is truly an outstanding quality poster. It is printed on Fuji crystal archive photographic paper and is by no means a flimsy poster.
