British Railways (Southern Region) travel poster produced in 1959 promoting ‘Fast and Frequent Service of Trains from London.’ The view looks out towards sea where some small sailing boats can be seen. In the foreground is a bowling green with the promenade and pier beyond. Artwork by FW Wentworth-Shields.
This is truly an outstanding quality poster. It is printed on Fuji crystal archive photographic paper and is by no means a flimsy poster.
