Vintage travel poster produced for British Railways (BR) to promote rail travel to Ilkley, West Yorkshire, which is here promoted as the 'gateway to the Yorkshire Dales'. The poster shows some ramblers in a landscape with mountains and tall rock formations overlooking the valley below. Some sheep are seen grazing on the grassy incline. Artwork by an unknown artist.

This is truly an outstanding quality poster. It is printed on Fuji crystal archive photographic paper and is by no means a flimsy poster.
