Poster produced for the London & North Eastern Railway (LNER), showing an industrial view of the city of Newcastle upon Tyne. c1924. Artist Sir Frank William Brangwyn, (1867-1956) was the first Royal Academician to work for a railway company, producing a series of posters for the LNER and was one of the few poster artists who lithographed his own work.

This is truly an outstanding quality poster. It is printed on Fuji crystal archive photographic paper and is by no means a flimsy poster.
