Around 1947, London & North Eastern Railway produced this poster to encourage rail travel to Norfolk. The artist John Bee, known as “B” has illustrated this beautifully with a view of a classic windmill on low lying ground close to the waters edge. A small rowing boat can be seen in the colourful foreground whilst yachts are sailing in the background. Published by the London & North Eastern Railway and printed in Great Britain by Jordison & Co. Ltd., London & Middlesbrough.
This is truly an outstanding quality poster. It is printed on Fuji crystal archive photographic paper and is by no means a flimsy poster.
