Poster produced in 1962 for British Railways (BR) Southern Region (SR) to promote rail services to Portsmouth and Southsea in Hampshire. It features a Royal Naval sailor taking his cap off as he passes by a young woman heading for the beach. Southsea Pier and Pavilion can be seen in the background along with a ship and some sailing boats. Artwork by an unknown artist.
