Product Description

This travel poster was originally used by British Railways to promote tourism to Portstewart in Northern Ireland.  The poster shows an image of Portstewart harbour (a beautiful and popular tourist destination in County Londonderry).  In the background you can see a dominican convent which was originaly a castle owned by the O'Neill family. Artwork by Kenneth Steel.
The age of the original travel poster dates to 1952 approximately.


This is truly an outstanding quality poster. It is printed on Fuji crystal archive photographic paper and is by no means a flimsy poster.
