Vintage poster produced for the Great Western Railway (GWR) to promote rail travel to Somerset. The poster shows a view of the countryside in Somerset, with a young girl and boy on the banks of a stream and a stone packhorse bridge. A horse and cart and thatched cottages can also be seen in the background. 1939. Artwork by John Bee.
This is truly an outstanding quality poster. It is printed on Fuji crystal archive photographic paper and is by no means a flimsy poster.
