Railway poster produced in the 1950’s by Southern Railway (SR) to encourage rail travel to Royal Tunbridge Wells in Kent. The artist Charles Shepherd has painted the elegant Georgian colonnade known as ‘The Pantiles’. Once the playground of the gentry and royalty, the Pantiles to this day remains a pleasant and exclusive place to browse, shop, eat, drink and stroll.

This is truly an outstanding quality poster. It is printed on Fuji crystal archive photographic paper and is by no means a flimsy poster.
