British Railways (Western Region) produced this poster in the 1950’s to promote their services to the popular holiday destination of Torquay in Glorious Devon. The illustration is of the inner harbour at Torquay and shows a sail boat in the foreground and the town in the background. Torquay Pavillion can be seen on the left hand side. Artwork by Frank AA Wootton.
This is truly an outstanding quality poster. It is printed on Fuji crystal archive photographic paper and is by no means a flimsy poster.
